香草燒薯仔 - Herbs Saute Potatoes
 
材料:
 
10個小薯仔 1湯匙橄欖油


調味料:
 
2茶匙蒜茸 2茶匙迷迭香
1茶匙鹽 少許黑胡椒碎


做法:
 
1. 將薯仔洗淨,去皮,切半,用滾水略燙至軟,盛起
2. 在1湯匙橄欖油爆炒薯仔至金黃色,加入調味料炒勻,即成


Ingredient:

10 pirasong maliliit na patatas 1 kutsarang olive oil


Panimpla:
 
2 kutsaritang tinadtad na sibuyas 2 kutsaritang rosemary
1 kutsaritang asin Kaunting maitim na paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang patatas, balatan,ihiwa ng kalahati. Ilagay sa pinakuluang tubig ng sandali hanggang maging malambot. Alisin.
2. Igisa ang patatas sa 1 kutsarang olive oil hanggang maging kayumanggi, ihalo ang panimpla, ihalo maigi at ihain.


Bahan:
 
10 buah kecil kentang 1 sdm minyak zaitun


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
2 sdt bawang putih cincang 2 sdt rosemary
1 sdt garam sedikit merica hitam lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci kentang baru, kupas dan belahkan satu jadi duah, Masak kentang dalam air mendidih hingga matang. Tiriskan
2. Panaskan minyak zaitun, gorent kentang hingga kuning kecoklatan, Masukkan bumbu-bumbu, aduk rata. Sajikan
