青木瓜花生雞腳湯 - Green Papaya with Chicken Feet Soup
 
材料:
 
1 個 青木瓜 150 克花生
10 隻雞腳 1 條 豬尾
6-8粒紅棗 10 克杏仁
4 公升 清水  


做法:
 
1. 將雞腳用鹽刷洗﹐沖洗趕淨﹐飛水過冷; 豬尾飛水過冷﹐備用
2. 木瓜去皮和去粒﹐切角
3. 把花生﹐紅棗和杏仁洗淨﹐置於煲內﹐注入清水﹐放入木瓜以大火煲滾
4. 放豬尾和雞腳煲滾﹐轉中火煲3 小時﹐加1/2 茶匙鹽﹐即成


Ingredient:
 
1 pc of green papaya 150 g of peanuts
10 pc of chicken feet 1 pc of pig’s tail
6-8 stoned red dates 10 g Chinese almonds
4 liter of water  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Scrub chicken feet with salt, rinse and poach. Poach pig’s tail and set aside
2. Peel and seed papaya. Cut into pieces
3. Wash peanut, red dates and almonds separately.
4. Put green papaya in pot together with peanuts, red dates and almonds. Let it boil in high heat.
5. Add in pig’s tail and chicken feet, leave it to boil in medium heat for 3 hours. Stir with 1/2 tsp of salt to season.


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 pirasong berdeng na papaya 150 gramong mani
10 pirasong paa ng manok 1 pirasong buntot ng baboy
6-8 pirasong pulang dates 10 gramong almonds na instik
4 litrong tubig  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang paa ng manok ng asin, patiktikin at iluto. Iluto ng sandali ang buntot ng baboy at itabi
2. Alisin ang buto ng berdeng papaya, balatan at ihiwa
3. Hugasan ang mani, pulang dates at mga almonds
4. Ilagay ang berdeng papaya, mani, pulang dates at almonds sa kaldero. Pakuluin sa malakas na apoy
5. Ihalo ang buntot ng baboy at paa ng manok. Pakuluin sa katamtamang apoy ng 3 oras. Timplahan ng 1/2 kutsaritang asin at ihain.


Bahan:
 
1 bh papaya hijau 150g kacang tanah
10ptg kaki ayam 1 ptg buntut babi
6-8 kuma merah 10g almond cina
4 liter air  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci kaki ayam dng garam, tiriskan lalu rebus sesaat. ; Hilangkan rambut buntut babi dan rebus sesaat.
2. Kupas papaya dan hilangkan bijinya lalu potong besar.
3. Taruh semua bahan dlm panic kecuali kaki ayam dan buntut babi panaskan dng api besar, setelah mendidih
4. Tambahkan kaki ayam dan buntut babi, didihkan dng api sedang, selama 3 jam dan bubuhi garam, sajikan.
