鮮蝦炒飯 - Fried Rice with Shrimp
 
材料:
 
200克鮮蝦仁 1/2 杯火腿粒
1/2 杯洋蔥粒 2碗白飯
2湯匙牛油  


做法:
 
1. 燒熱牛油﹐炒香洋蔥粒﹐火腿腿粒﹐鮮蝦﹐然後加入白飯﹐炒勻。 放下少許鹽及胡椒粉調味。享用時可加少許蟹籽.


Ingredient:
 
200 g cooked shelled shrimp 1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup of diced ham 2 bowls of cooked rice
2 tbsp of margarine  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Heat margarine, sauté with onion, diced ham, shrimps, add in rice. Saute well, add in some salt and pepper to season and crab roe. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
200 gramong binalatan na hipon 1/2 tasang hiniwang bombai
1/2 tasang hiniwang hamon 2 tasang kanin
2 kutsarang margarina  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Igisa ang bombai, hamon sa margarina, I halo ang hipon at kanin. Haluin maigi. Panimplahan ng kaunting asin at paminta. Lagyan ng kaunting crab roe at ihain.


Bahan:
 
200 gr udang matang yang telah dikupas 1/2 gls ham potok kotak
1/2 bawang bombai, potong kotak 2 mangkok nasi
2 sdm mentega  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Panaskan mentega, tumis, bawang bombai, ham. Udang dan tuang nasi. Tumis hingga rata, masukkan garam dan lada secukupnya dan telur kepiting.
