蕃茄薯仔排骨湯 - Tomato and Pork Soup with Potatoes
 
材料:
 
600克排骨 600克蕃茄
1個薯仔 1個洋蔥
1 條甘筍 3 公升清水


調味料:
 
適量鹽 適量胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將排骨洗淨, 煮約3分鐘,飛水個冷,備用
2. 蕃茄去蒂﹐ 切角﹔ 薯仔和甘筍去皮﹐ 切角﹔ 洋蔥去衣﹐ 切角
3. 熱鑊下2湯匙油﹐爆香洋蔥和蕃茄煮片刻﹐ 加入其餘材料﹐ 注入清水煮滾﹐轉入煲內﹐以中慢火煲90分鐘﹐ 調味﹐ 即成


Ingredient:
 
600 g of pork ribs 600 g Tomato

1 pc of Carrot 3 liter of water


Seasoning:
 
Some Salt Some Pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Rinse pork ribs, poach for few minutes and drain.
2. Rinse Tomato and cut into pieces; Rinse and peel potatoes , carrots and onions and cut into pieces
3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, pan fry onion and tomato, add in ingredients and water. Boil water in pot and add in ingredients to let it boil in medium heat for 90 minutes, season and serve hot.


Mga Sangkap:
 
600 gramong buto ng baboy 600 gramong kamatis
1 pirasong patatas 1 pirasong bombai
1 pirasong karots 3 litrong tubig

Kaunting asin Kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang buto ng baboy, pakuluin at patitikin.
2. Hugasan ang kamatis at hiwain; balatan at hiwain ang patatas, karots at bombai. Hiwain ng malilit na piraso.
3. Mag-init ng 2 kutsarang mantika, igisa ang bombai at kamatis, ihalo ang ibang sangkap at tubig. Pakuluin ang tubig at ilipat sa mahinang apoy at pakuluin ng 90 minuto. Patimplahan at ihain.


Bahan:
 
600g daging babi 600g Tomat
1 buah Kentang 1 Buah Bawang Bombay
I buah Worte 3 Liter air


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Lada secukupnya garam secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Daging Babi rebus sebentar dan tiriskan unt persediaan
2. Potong tomat jodi 4 bagian, kupas kentang dan wortel lalu potong-potong. Bombay di cincang kasar.
3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm panic, tambahkan bombai dan tomat, aduk rata lalu masukkan semua bahan lain dan tuangkan air, didihkan smp medidih lalu kecilkan api, taburi bumbu dan hidangkan.
