椒鹽田雞 - Deep Fried Frogs
 
材料:
 
20隻田雞  


調味料:
 
少許五香粉 1茶匙咖喱粉
1 1/2湯匙麵粉 1茶匙紹酒
少許鹽 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將田雞洗淨, 抹乾後, 加入調味料拌勻, 醃約15分鐘
2. 將油燒至8成熟時放入田雞炸2分鐘或至熟. 抹起油份. 伴沙律醬享用


Ingredient:

Seasoning:
 
Some Mixed spices 1 tbsp of curry powder
1 1/2tsp of flour 1 tsp of shaoxing wine
some salt dash of pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Rinse frogs and absorb water. Add in seasonings and marinade for 15 minutes
2. Heat oil till 80% boiled and deep fry frogs for 2 minutes or until cooked. Absorb excess oil and serve with salad dressing


Mga Sangkap:
 
20 pirasong palaka  


Panimpla:
 
Kaunting sari-saring rekado 1 kutsaritang curry powder
1 1/2 kutsarang arina 1 kutsaritang shaoxing alak
kaunting asin kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang palaka at isipsip ang tubig. Haluin ng panimpla at ibabad ng 15 minuto.
2. Painitin ang mantika ng halos 80%, iprito ang palaka ng 2 minuto or hanggang maluto. Isipsip ang mantika at ihain ng salad saus.


Bahan:
 
20 ekor katak  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Mixed spices, secukupnya 1 sdt kari bubuk
1 1/2 sdm tepung 1 sdt shaoxing wine
garam secukupnya lada secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci katak dan tiriskan. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan biarkan meresap selama 15 menit.
2. Goreng katak dengan letakkan diatas piring sajikan.
