炒米粉 - Fried Vermicelli
 
材料:
 
2 包米粉 1 條紅蘿蔔
5 隻冬菇 1 個紅椒
1 個青椒 1 包露荀
3 片薑  


調味料:
 
2 湯匙老抽 2 湯匙生抽
1 湯匙糖  


做法:
 
1. 將米粉浸軟, 瀝乾水份
2. 將冬菇浸軟, 切件; 紅蘿蔔, 紅椒, 青椒及露荀洗凈, 切絲.
3. 燒熱油加入薑, 將冬菇, 紅蘿蔔, 紅椒, 青椒及露荀炒至熟.
4. 將米粉加入, 加蓋, 直至冒水蒸氣.
5. 加入調味料, 略炒. 即可.


Ingredient:
 
2 packs of vermicelli 1 pc of carrots
5 pcs of mushroom 1 pc of red pepper
1 pc of green pepper 1 pack of asparagus
3 slices of ginger  


Seasoning:
 
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce 2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Soak vermicelli in water and drain
2. Soak mushrooms and cut into pieces; Rinse carrots, peppers and asparagus and cut into slices.
3. Heat some oil, sauté ginger and stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers and asparagus until cooked.
4. Add in vermicelli, cover up and let it cook until it has steamed.
5. Add in seasonings, stir-fry and serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 pakete na bihon 1 pirasong karot
5 pirasong kabute 1 pirasong pulang sili
1 pirasong berdeng sili 1 pakete na asparagus
3 hiwa ng luya  


Panimpla:
 
2 kutsarang itim na toyo 2 kutsarang toyo
1 kutsarang asukal  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ibabad ang bihon sa tubig at patitikin
2. Ibabad ang kabute at ihiwa. Hugasan ang ibang sangkap at ihiwa ng pira-piraso.
3. Mag-init ng kaunting mantika, igisa ang luya, ihalo ang karot, kabute, sili at asparagus. Iluto hanggang maluto.
4. Ihalo ang bihon at takpan hanggang pausukan.
5. Patimplahan ng panimpla at ihalo maigi. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
2 pak bihun 1 wortel
5 jamur 1 cabe merah
1 cabe hijau 1 pak asparagus
3 jahe potong  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
2 sdm kecap hitam 2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm gula  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Merendam bihun, dan Saluran
2. Merendam jamur, potong halus; cuci wortel, cabe, asparagus dan potong halus.
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, menumis jahe, campur worte, cabe, asparagus, menggoreng hingga masak.
4. Campur bihun, akhir tutup hingga uap air.
5. Campur bumbu –bumbu menggoreng sebentar. Disajikan.
