肉碎煮豆腐 - Minced Pork in Tofu
 
材料:
 
40克免治豬肉 1磚水豆腐
1 湯匙蒜茸  


調味料:
 
1茶匙生粉 2湯匙清水
1/2茶匙鹽 1/2茶匙糖


醃料:
 
1/8茶匙鹽 1/2茶匙糖
1/2茶匙豉油 1/2茶匙生粉
1茶匙生油  


做法:
 
1. 將免治豬肉加醃料拌勻﹐ 醃約10分鐘; 將豆腐切粒﹐ 飛水瀝乾﹐
2. 熱鑊下2湯匙生油﹐ 放入免治豬肉炒至金黃﹐ 加入蒜茸﹐ 加入豆腐粒煮2分鐘埋入調味料﹐即成


Ingredient:
 
40 g minced pork 1 pc of tofu
1 tbsp of garlic  


Seasoning:
 
1 tsp of flour 2 tbsp of water
1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of sugar


Marinade:
 
1/8 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of soy sauce 1/2 tsp of flour
1 tsp of oil  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Mix minced pork with marinade, leave for 10 minutes. Cut tofu into cubes and drain.
2. Heat pan and add in 2 tbsp of oil, pan fry minced pork until cooked, add in garlic and tofu cooked for 2 minutes. Add in seasonings. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
40 gramong giniling na baboy 1 pirasong tahu
1 kutsarang sibuyas  


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsaritang gewgaw 2 kutsarang tubig
1/2 kutsaritang asin 1/2 kutsaritang asukal


Pambabad:
 
1/8 kutsaritang asin 1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang toyo 1/2 kutsaritang gewgaw
1 kutsaritang mantika  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ibabad ang giniling na baboy sa pambabad ng 10 minuto. Ihiwa ang tahu at patiktikin
2. Mag-init ng 2 kutsarang mantika, igisa ang giniling baboy hanggang maluto, ihalo ang sibuyas at tahu, iluto ng 2 minuto. Ihalo ang panimpla at ihain.


Bahan:
 
40g daging babi cincang 1 kotak tahu
1 sdm bawang cincang  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/8 sdt sale 1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdt kecap asin 1/2 sdt tepung jagung
1 sdt minyak goreng  


Bumbu:
 
1 sdt tepung jagung 2 sdm air
1/4 sdt garam 1/2 sdt gula


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bumbui daging babi cincang dng bumbu marinet.
2. Tahu di potong kotak kecil, cincang kasar daun bawang.
3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm wajan, lalu tumis daging sampai kekuningan, tambahkan bawang cincang dn tahu, tumis selama 2 menit.
4. Masukkan bumbu. Disajikan
